1) Customer applies on the website for a return and refund before receiving products.
2) Customer rejects to receive the Product upon delivery from the courier company.
3) Customer calls the CUSTOMER SERVICE hotline (+96893281616) or emails bashir@fannar.om to apply for the return, and a refund would be subject to satisfying the above terms and conditions.
4) Customer needs to provide proper proof of the package status to show that it is in good condition and unopened case.
1- The product must be purchased from HTTPS:// www.fannar.om website.
2-Exchange within 7 days from the date of signing the POD.

If paid by credit card refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
