Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Return Policy

  • The product must be purchased from https://www.fannar.om
  • Return Accepted Standard: either before receiving the product or within 2 days after receiving the product provided that the package is in good condition, the unopened case with seal.
  • All returns and refund applications will be verified properly by our Dept. In case the return has no valid reason from the customer, the customer will be charged 10 rials in the Sultanate of Oman and the same amount would be deducted from the total invoice value. All refunds to customers’ credit cards will take on average from 1-2 weeks.
  • Return Scenarios:

1) Customer applies on the website for a return and refund before receiving products.

2) Customer rejects to receive the Product upon delivery from the courier company.

3) Customer calls the CUSTOMER SERVICE hotline (+96893281616) or emails bashir@fannar.om to apply for the return, and a refund would be subject to satisfying the above terms and conditions.

4) Customer needs to provide proper proof of the package status to show that it is in good condition and unopened case.

  • Exchange Policy

 

  • Fannar Al Sharqiyah Al Shamilah Policy Exchange will be for 10 days from delivery.

1- The product must be purchased from HTTPS:// www.fannar.om website.

2-Exchange within 7 days from the date of signing the POD.

3-The exchange service is obtainable only for the product with quality issues or unclosed in a proper way.

4-There is a manufacturer defect or damaged product

 

If paid by credit card refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
